This retail development involved a partially completed industrial building in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Working closely with the tenants, the core and shell team kept the existing building, adding retail and parking space by digging two levels down. The existing roof was raised to add an additional level. This space now houses a Whole Foods market and Equinox fitness center.
